Welcome to the BioGeoTools site. This project was recently added to the SourceForge repository.
It is aimed at providing a set of libraries and a program for running analyses related to biogeography.
At the moment that includes parsimony and likelihood reconstruction, but these are still in development and are not yet analytically correct, so do not publish any results from the program yet. An updated and correct version will be uploaded soon.
